AN unemployed Poole man has been jailed for 33 months after admitting a string of burglaries.
Ian Paul Collins, 31, pleaded guilty to 13 break-ins in the Poole, Parkstone and Bourne Valley areas.
He was arrested on Tuesday, January 10 following an investigation by Bournemouth CID.
Speaking after the sentencing at Bournemouth Crown Court, investigating officer, Detective Constable Martin Farrington, said: “The sentence reflects the serious nature of these burglaries which can often have a particularly significant impact on the victims.
