A COUPLE have been kicked out of their housing association accommodation following repeated complaints being made about their anti-social behaviour.
Michael and Amanda White were ordered to leave their house in Shelley Gardens in Bournemouth following a number of complaints about their anti-social antics, which date back as far as 2005.
Knightstone Housing Association successfully applied for a possession order through the courts, following evidence which had been given by some local residents and also the police.
Sonia Key, Knightstone Housing Association’s senior housing manager for antisocial behaviour, said: “This was a very challenging and also complex case.
“Every effort was made to support the residents to change their behaviour, whilst still balancing the needs of their neighbours.”
A large number of complaints had been received by the housing association about the family in Shelley Gardens.
Knightstone Housing Association said it had successfully repossessed the house thanks to a group of local people, the police and others who were giving evidence against the couple.
