A CLUBBER suffered a fractured eye socket following an unprovoked attack in a Poole venue.
The incident happened in the Penthouse night club in the High Street at around 2.30am on Saturday October 15.
DC Mandy Brimicombe, of Poole and Bournemouth CID, said: “The victim was assaulted by unknown offenders inside the Penthouse in the booths on the first floor.
“He was approached by two men and one of them punched the victim to the face in an unprovoked attack – causing him to fall backward over a table.”
One of the offenders is described as between 5ft 8ins and 5ft 9ins with brushed forward gelled hair.
The second man is 5ft 7ins with blond hair. Both are in their early twenties.The victim, a 20-year-old man from Bovington, was treated at Poole Hospital.
DC Brimicombe added: “I am appealing for anyone who witnessed this assault, and anyone who has any information about the men responsible, to contact me as soon as possible.”
