A new patient film especially designed for cataract patients is now available to view on our website, at rbch.nhs.uk
The three minute film covers the whole patient pathway, starting with the referral from a GP or optician, through to the consultation with the eye unit consultant and finally the procedure.
It was designed to show patients exactly what to expect when they start treatment in the eye unit, and answer any questions they may have.
