THE Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra is to perform Verdi’s Requiem in aid of its Benevolent Fund at the Lighthouse, Poole on May 22.
Associate Guest Conductor David Hill unites an outstanding quartet of soloists with the full forces of the orchestra and the Bournemouth Symphony Chorus in its centenary year.
Janice Thorgilson, violinist and organiser of the popular annual fundraiser said: “David Hill is widely recognised as one of the leading choral directors in the UK. “Under his expert direction one can be assured of a perfectly-balanced, meticulous performance.”
