FIREFIGHTERS dashed to a burning bus on a busy Poole road on Wednesday morning.
Two crews from Poole were on scene at Constitution Hill within six minutes of several 999 calls at 7am.
They used breathing apparatus, hose reel jets and foam to fight the blaze, believed to have been caused by an electrical fault in the engine.
The engine was severely damaged by heat and fire, with smoke damage to the rest of the bus.
The fire was out by 7.30am.
