FLYING the Vulcan V2 is the title of a talk to Royal Aeronautical Society’s Christchurch branch that will take place on Thursday, January 27 at 7pm for a 7.30pm start, in the Cobham Lecutre Theatre at Bournemouth University.
The speaker is Cyril Carr, a former Poole Grammar pupil who completed two tours on the Vulcan B2 on the 617 Dambusters Squadron at Scampton.
He did one tour as a co-pilot and one as a captain.
