WARNINGS have been given about a bogus telephone survey by people claiming to represent Dorset County Council.
Bogus callers have asked for information on loans and endowments, plus household insurance, gas, electricity and telephone providers.
They have also asked questions about people’s levels of mobility, and whether they would be interested in sponsoring causes ranging from dogs to The Samaritans.
