SHOPPER numbers have continued to fall in Bournemouth and Poole town centres.
The figures came at the October meeting of the Bournemouth chamber of trade.
The council uses automatic cameras to record the number of people on key streets over a 24-hour period.
Overall, the town centre was down 13.1 per cent compared to the same month last year.
Commercial Road was down by 24.8 per cent, Old Christchurch Road was up by 0.1 per cent and Poole town centre was down by 2.4 per cent.
