SANTA Claus should be feeling at home after arriving at his grotto in Stewarts Gardenlands, Christchurch, at the weekend.
He was accompanied by members of the Dorset Youth Marching Band and was greeted by snow and reindeer at the Lyndhurst Road centre.
Spokeswoman Susie Stewart said: “The grotto is the best one we’ve ever done, a beautiful winter wonderland. It’s like walking into Narnia.”
Stewarts has its own reindeer and hired Snow Business, the leading artificial snow effects supplier to the television and film industry, to give the grotto the authentic look.
Santa will be at the grotto weekends only until December 7, then every day. Booking is advised.
