A new map highlights the scenic delights of the south-west coast path and allows walkers to mark their progress along the way.
It has been produced by graphic designer, Christopher Reading, who is trekking the entire 630-mile path, starting at Poole.
Christopher is currently making his way up the north coast of Cornwall and Devon to finish at Minehead.
“I want to contribute to something I think is a national treasure,” he said.
Mark Owen, South West Coast Path national trail officer said: “Few people are fortunate enough to have time to walk the path in one go and so complete the walk over several years. We often get requests for a map to chart progress.
The map has been turned into a colourful poster and is available from the association’s website swcpa.org.uk or from 01752 698048.
Part of the £5 price goes towards path improvement projects.
