A Blandford woman bidding for X Factor glory has recruited the first member of her group after auditions in the town.
Singer Jade Moore held trials at the Studio B dance company’s East Street HQ, recruiting rapper Ryan Glover, 19, from among the hopefuls.
“I think if Jade can recruit some good singers we have a real chance. We are certainly different. I don’t think the X Factor has seen anything like us before,” said Ryan, aka G-Love.
The Poole College media student said that after recording his own music on a home computer he had fought off nerves to triumph in his first audition.
Jade is holding further auditions at the Yates bar in Bournemouth on November 30, when she plans to recruit four more singers to her group.
