THIS one-woman comedy musical tells the story of Estelle Bright, a bubbly, quirky Englishwoman who is looking for love in Paris, when she is not working as a voice-over artist.

And what a voice-over artist – pulling off vocal flourishes in French, English, Spanish and Japanese, no less.

Marc, her sound engineer, speaks from the darkness at the back of the theatre leaving Estelle (played by Sarah Tullamore) looking very lonely in the spotlight.

It is soon clear she would like to share that spotlight with Marc... or at least someone kind and warm, who is preferably a fan of Christmas pudding.

Alas Marc proves elusive and as the story draws you closer to the character of Estelle you really hope she will find happiness.

Originally created in French, Estelle Bright has toured France.

Not many could pull off this demanding role with its fast-paced linguistics and famous songs.

Sarah Tullamore brought smooth professionalism to it and her energy was very impressive.
