TWO men who ran Top Wok Chinese restaurants have been ordered to pay more than £90,000 for employing 20 illegal immigrants.
Ringo Hon, 45, and Ronnie Luke, 42, pleaded guilty to a total of 20 charges and both face 12-month prison terms if they don’t pay up within six months.
The pair were once business partners with Hon running a restaurant in Barrack Road, Christchurch and Luke running two in Bournemouth Road, Parkstone and Exeter Road, Bournemouth.
Police have revealed that workers were low paid and lived in cramped conditions.
