A BODY believed to be that of missing Poole man Stephen Clark has been found in the town.
The body was discovered by a member of the public near the Ashdown Centre on Canford Heath on Saturday, October 31. Police and paramedics attended and confirmed the death at around 9pm.
Stephen Clark, of Puddletown Crescent, Canford Heath, was reported missing on Monday, October 26.
Police launched an appeal for public help in finding him. They were concerned that he left suddenly when he was “very upset” with very little money or his asthma medication.
His next of kin have been informed, as has the coroner. Formal identification has not yet taken place.
