BEST known for his collaboration with Santana for Latin hit Smooth and his own Lonely No More, Rob Thomas is back with his highly infectious pop melodies.
With just one play of the album, tracks like Gasoline are so catchy you can almost sing along like you’ve heard it a million times before.
Moving away from his signature latino pop songs, Give Me the Meltdown takes a more rocky path – both the guitar riffs and the lyrics will have you bobbing your head or tapping your feet in no time.
A few of the tracks feel as though they are lacking that certain je ne sais quoi, but the remainder are packed with feel-good rhythms that hook you within the first few seconds.
A great soundtrack to the summer.
