A TALENTED quartet of Poole schoolgirls are jumping for joy after being crowned Britain’s top trampolinists for their age group.
The four under-11s from Baden-Powell and St Peter’s CE Middle School were crowned British Open Schools champions in Birmingham last week.
Jordan Arnold was also just pipped to the individual title, picking up silver.
The team – completed by Charlotte Herring, Chloe Anderson and Lucy Anderson – started their heroic journey back at the south west regional heats in October.
School headteacher Geoff Pike said: “The credit must go to the girls, their parents and the coaches at the Olga club at Rossmore.”
