MULTIPLE emergency services were called to an incident in Poole town at the start of the weekend. 

Several police officers, the fire service and ambulance service were all called to Lagland Street in the town centre on Friday, April 5 at around 9pm. 

Images from the scene show multiple blue light vehicles parked outside flats opposite The Cockleshell late at night. 

Dorset Police has been approached for more details on the incident however the force is not responding to the Echo’s enquiries. 

Meanwhile Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said they were called at 9.13pm by the police to assist with the incident. 

Firefighters from Poole fire station attended and used an environmental pad to soak up fuel on the ground. 

DWFRS left the scene at 9.41pm.
