THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

SERGIUSZ PUPECK, 31 and of Fairlane in Shaftesbury, admitted failing to give information to Dorset Police on April 22, 2023, relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He was disqualified from driving for 14 days. He was also fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40, and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

LUKE JONES, 26 and of Fairmile Road in Christchurch, admitted failing to stop for a police officer in Albion Road in Christchurch on January 20. He also admitted failing to provide a urine test required by police in Christchurch on the same date. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months, and was handed a community order lasting until April 3, 2025, with a requirement to complete 80 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £114.

TERRY COOK, 48 and of St Helier Road in Poole, admitted using threatening / abusive / insulting words / behaviour with intent to cause fear of / provoke unlawful violence towards a man in Poole on September 25, 2023. He was ordered to pay compensation of £50.

CONSTANTIN CILOCI, 32 and of Bournemouth, admitted possession of an offensive weapon in a public place, after being in possession of an extendable baton, and possession of a weapon for the discharge of a noxious liquid / gas after being in possession of pepper spray. Both offences occurred in Cotlands Road in Bournemouth on October 15, 2023. He also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates' Court on November 6, 2023, having been released on bail. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £26.

JAMES MEAD, 40 and of Abinger Road in Bournemouth, was found guilty of criminal damage to property after damaging a car in Christchurch Road in Bournemouth on October 25, 2022. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 2 years. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £750.

BARRY WILLIAM CLARK, 31 and of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from prison. He was jailed for seven days and ordered to pay costs of £60.

CHRISTOPHER JENNER, 39 and of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from prison. He was jailed for 14 days and ordered to pay costs of £60.

LOUISE SYLVIA GLEED, 34 and of Dale Valley Road in Poole, admitted failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Poole Magistrates Court on November 24, 2022. He was jailed for two weeks.

LAUREN VELKOOP, 32 and of Langdon Road in Poole, admitted stealing goods worth £10 from the Co-op in Ashley Road in Poole on March 29, and breaching a criminal behaviour order as she was banned from entering that Co-op. She also admitted stealing alcohol valued at £562 from Waitrose in Ashley Road in Poole on September 18, 2023. She was handed a six week jail sentence suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay compensation of £200.

MARY JOHNSON, 42 and of Waxwing Drive in Poole, admitted theft from a shop after stealing £459 worth of clothes from Next in Castlepoint, Bournemouth on July 25, 2023. She also admitted failing to provide a specimen of blood to police for a laboratory test on December 22, 2023. She was handed a community order lasting until April 4, 2025, and ordered to pay compensation of £459.
