PROMISING 'big flavours and even bigger tunes', a popular family festival, is returning for 2024.

Upton House Food Festival will be back from June 14 to 16 with 'the perfect blend of top UK tribute acts and some of the region's finest food and drink producers'.

Festival organiser, Serena Wren, said: "It's an amazing site - not too big, not too small – and we've got a brilliant line-up of top tributes with even more food and drink, including fabulous local producers.

"There's entertainment for kids every day, and we've kept the prices down.

"This has to be the best value festival out there."

Early bird tickets start at just £12 for families, £5 for adults and a just £1.50 for kids; with full three-day weekend tickers priced from £36 for families, £15 adults and £5 children.

Foodies will be able to sample flavours and treats from around the world, including traditional Asian cuisine with a Western twist from The Bao Bao Beast, the Greekery street food, Montien Thai from Bridport, and Mauritian street food from The Island Box.

Poole's Shanty seaweed botanical vodka cocktail, Zzinga Honey Cider, and the hand-crafted organic Pothecary Gin will be available for festival goers to try.

The music features tributes to Oasis, Bon Jovi, The Killers, Queen, Stereophonics and Red Hot Chili Peppers, as well as Foo Fighters, Amy Winehouse and Madness.

Plus, there's a diverse line up of local acts topped by those ukulele-wielding party starters Mother Ukers and internationally renowned covers outfit, The Transitions, alongside rock radio stars SOS, stellar local rockers Chris Payn and Jordan Watts, and breakthrough artist Charley Varley.

Serena said: "Our regulars love the mix of great live music and quality food and drink – it's a proper 'something for everyone' event.

"We can safely say there's nothing quite like Upton House Food and Music Festival."

The site opens from 5pm on Friday and 11am on Saturday and Sunday.

Pre-paid on-site parking is available, and well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome.
