A STORE that opened in Bournemouth town centre last summer has been recognised with an award.

Fantastic Things, which has now been re-branded as Trove, won the New Business category at the Bournemouth Biz Awards.

Their store opened in the Arcade in August and has already become a place to visit in the town, the business said.

It was recognised for its outstanding performance and significant contributions to the local economy by the Bournemouth Biz Awards, which are known for celebrating excellence and innovation in the business community.

The team at the shop thanked Purple Accountants, the sponsors of the award, for its support.

A spokesperson for Trove said: “Their commitment to fostering growth and development among emerging businesses has been instrumental in driving success within the community.”

They acknowledged the ‘pivotal role’ of the voters in the award, extending the business’s sincere thanks to everyone who voted.

“It's the unwavering support and belief from the community that has propelled Fantastic Things to this remarkable achievement,” the spokesperson said.

It thanked and credited their ‘dedicated staff and loyal customers for their invaluable contributions’ to the award.

“Their passion, hard work, and unwavering support have been the cornerstone of the business's success, making this triumph a collective effort,” the Trove spokesperson said.

Trove ‘remains committed’ to delivering excellence and innovation, to grow into a bigger business.

It said the win was a testament to their ‘relentless pursuit of a high street platform for local suppliers and creators and they hope for even greater achievements in the future’.
