Litter by the side of the A338 Bournemouth Spur Road..
FURTHER to various comments regarding litter around our conurbation, I wrote to the government two years ago suggesting all lorries, pickup trucks and trailers should be covered by netting or sheets before being allowed to use the public highways.
The majority of litter along side our roads flies from the back of moving work vehicles it should be mandatory for these vehicles to be covered.
