Halo nightclub in Exeter Road, Bournemouth Image:
I WAS sad to hear youngsters have lost one of their nightclubs, Halo.
I recall it as a Presbyterian (?) church.
That brings to mind the carillon it possessed on Sundays church-bell hymn tunes echoing over the Lower Gardens.
Arguably more mentally satisfying and calming than sounds of pop, together with confetti & streamers?
