DOGS, cats and a ferret called Mark are all looking for their forever homes.

Dorset-based animal rescue centre Margaret Green is seeking homes for these seven animals.

Can you help? All the details are below.

Bournemouth Echo: Penny Penny (Image: Margaret Green)

Penny is a gorgeous, 10-month-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier x Collie who has a larger-than-life personality. She would love to find active owners who will be happy to take her to training classes. We also think she would thrive with outdoor activities, like agility, to keep her stimulated. Although Penny enjoys playing with other like-minded dogs, we believe she would be best suited to a home with adults, where she will be the only pet.

Bournemouth Echo: Paris Paris (Image: Margaret Green)

Paris is an affectionate, 4-year-old, ex-racing Greyhound who would love to find a new family that will be happy to continue introducing her to big wide world. We feel that Paris would be comfortable living with other medium to large-sized dogs, following successful introductions. We also believe this sweet-natured girl would be able to live with children aged 5 years and upwards, but a home without cats would be the best match for her.

Bournemouth Echo: BellaBella (Image: Margaret Green)

Bella is a beautiful, 5-year-old Shar Pei x Staffordshire Bull Terrier who is a real cuddle bug and foodie! She would love to find a new family with adults and older teenagers, who ideally have experience of her breed mixes. We feel that Bella could possibly live with a male dog of a similar breed and size, pending successful introductions, but she would be best suited to a home without cats or small furries.

Bournemouth Echo: ChipChip (Image: Margaret Green)

Chip is a 1-year-old Terrier mix who weighs just 11.5kg. It’s clear that this lovely girl hasn’t been exposed to much in her early life, as she can become quite overwhelmed with new situations and experiences. She would love to find new owners who will be happy to continue the progress she has made. We feel Chip would be most comfortable joining a family with adults and teenagers, where she will be the only pet in her new home.

Bournemouth Echo: Jess & LucyJess & Lucy (Image: Margaret Green)

Jess & Lucy are a father and daughter duo with an unbreakable bond. Lucy is a 15-year-old, sweet-natured girl who is rather affectionate once she knows you. Jess is a charismatic chap who is 18 years old, but he is still an active soul with a young heart. We feel that Jess & Lucy would be at their happiest in an adult or family home with no other pets, where they will have free access to an enclosed garden.

Bournemouth Echo: MarkMark (Image: Margaret Green)

Mark is a mischievous, 1-year-old ferret who loves to play and interact with his carers. We feel he would be best suited to a home with someone who has experience with ferrets, and will be home a lot to keep him occupied. We believe Mark would be happy to join an existing group of ferrets to socialise with, and it would be important for him to have plenty of enrichment opportunities to keep him happy in his new home.
