A BOURNEMOUTH man who exposed himself has appeared in court.
Dylan Coney-Lax, 30, intentionally exposed his genitals and ‘caused alarm or distress’.
The incident occurred in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth on January 4, and while the defendant was serving an existing community order.
Coney-Lax appeared at Bournemouth Crown Court for sentencing on Friday, March 1, having admitted exposure.
He was also charged with using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of or provoke unlawful violence, in relation to another offence which occurred that day.
Coney-Lax, of Hayes Avenue in Bournemouth, was handed a new community order running until August 31, 2025.
He was also ordered to pay compensation of £100.
