THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

KYLE BUTLER, 36 and of Everest Road in Christchurch, admitted using threatening/ abusive/insulting words/behaviour with intent to cause a police constable harassment/alarm/distress in Everest Road in Christchurch on August 4, 2023. He was handed a community order running until February 25, 2025, with a requirement to complete 100 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay £300 in compensation and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

JUSTIN EDWARD FAYER, 49 and of Crossmead in Watford, admitted stealing grocery items of a value unknown from Tesco in Wimborne Road in Bournemouth on March 22, 2023. He also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on April 6, 2023, and August 30, 2023, having been released on bail. He was handed a two week jail sentence suspended for 12 months.

JOSEPH BENJAMIN HARRIES, 32 and of Camden Square in Bozeat, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on August 1, 2023. The community order was revoked, and a new one was made with rehabilitation activity requirements.

JOSHUA CLARK, 27 and of Bournemouth, admitted having a knife in his possession in Bournemouth on July 27, 2023. He was jailed for 20 weeks, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £154.

MARCO TEMES, 57 and of Shelbourne Road Bournemouth, admitted assaulting a police constable in Derby on July 29, 2020. He was fined £550 and ordered to pay compensation of £300, a victim surcharge of £55 and £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

MATTHEW COLE, 20 and of Seagrim Road in Bournemouth, admitted driving a car in Holt without due care and attention on July 18, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for six months. He was also fined £150 and ordered to pay £150 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £60.

LEON JOHN CORNISH, 21 and of Coppice Avenue in Ferndown, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on August 3, 2022. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

DEAN TROTT, 33 and of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Poole Magistrates Court on July 18, 2023. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

ANTHONY WOODS, 39 and of no fixed address, appeared after committing a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made by Dorset Magistrates Court on January 31, 2023. The suspended sentence, of eight weeks in jail suspended for 12 months, was imposed.

ROBYN CUMMINS, 37 and of Hanlon Close in Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on May 25, 2022. The community order was revoked, and she was fined £625.
