THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

GUY ANNING, 32 and of Crusader Road in Bournemouth, admitted ‘wilfully obstructing the free passage’ of Ringwood Road in Bournemouth on October 1, 2023. He also admitted assaulting a police officer on the same day at the same location. He was conditionally discharged for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay £200 compensation, £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £26.00.

JORDAN HUDSON, 26 and of Westham Close in Poole, admitted speeding at Dorset Way in Poole on March 23, 2023. He was fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £72, and ordered to pay £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service. He also got four points on his licence.

JONATHAN RENNIE, 31 and of Southill Road in Poole, admitted to committing six driving offences in Poole on January 27. These were driving while disqualified, drink driving, speeding, driving without insurance and two counts of using a car with tyres of insufficient tread. He was handed a community order lasting until February 18, 2025, and made subject to rehabilitation activities and monitoring requirements. He was also disqualified from driving for an additional 52 months and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

ARTUR STASZCZYK, 34 and of Ashley Road in Poole, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on June 2, 2023. He was fined £250 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

THOMAS HENRY ROY SHERRED, 35 and of Southcote Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Dorset Magistrates' Court on February 25, 2022. The community order was revoked, and he was handed an eight-week jail sentence suspended for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay costs of £60.

GRANT KERNOGHAN, 36 and of Knowlton Road in Poole, admitted breaching a non-molestation order in Poole on March 9 and 12 last year. He breached the order by meeting with, and visiting the home of, a person he was prohibited from contacting under the order. He was handed a community order lasting until February 18, 2025, with a requirement to complete 40 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay £350 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £114.

CONNOR SNELL, 22 and of Brook Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Bournemouth Crown Court on June 30, 2023. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

SAMUAL BROOK, 41 and of Shipton Road in Shipton Gorge, admitted causing criminal damage to a Toyota Land Cruiser in Abbotsbury on May 20, 2021. He also admitted intimidating a witness by sending the owner of the vehicle multiple text messages asking them to retract their statement. He was given a six-month jail sentence suspended for two years, with requirements to complete 180 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, a victim surcharge of £154.00, and compensation of £300.
