CLASS A drugs were seized after a stop and search operation in Boscombe.
The Boscombe Neighbourhood Policing team led patrolled around Boscombe Chine Gardens following reports of drug-related activity.
Officers saw a suspected drug deal from a car parked around Walpole Road and Churchill Gardens.
After a swift search, a 'large quantity of class-A drugs' and cash were found along with an extendable baton.
Two males were detained at the scene.
An investigation is now underway.
Posting on social media police in Bournemouth said: “Boscombe NPT officers are listening to the local community and tackling the issues that matter to them.
“Thank you to the local community who continue to report these issues to us.
“Please continue to do so as intelligence is extremely helpful in helping us direct our resources to the right areas at the right times.”
