A DORSET beauty spot will host a popular light display once again this winter.
Illuminate will return to The Blue Pool nature reserve and tearooms at Wareham.
The event will take place between Thursday, January 11, and Sunday, February 25.
The Blue Pool said: “Begin the new year with a spectacular evening of illuminations and music, take time to reflect in the peaceful tranquillity of The Blue Pool at night.”
This year’s spectacle will feature moving waterside lights to music as well as new elements to sections of the woodland trail, organisers have said.
The 1km trail features professionally staged illuminations and lighting stretching through woodland trails.
The tearooms will be open for food and drink in the evening, as well as fire pits on the terrace for toasting marshmallows.
Access around the trails is suitable for wheelchairs and dogs on leads are welcome.
The event closes at 8pm and last entry onto the light trail is 30 minutes before closing.
