A number of pets in Dorset are looking for their forever homes, including at the Ashley Heath Animal Centre.
Located on the border with Hampshire, the centre offers care for its animals in rural surroundings.

Whitney

Whitney came into the care of the RSPCA after she was removed from unsuitable living conditions.
Although initially shy, Whitney is described as "a very sweet girl" and once you have gained her trust, she is playful and full of energy.
She is interested to see what is going on but until she gets to know you, she can be quite worried by sudden movements or touch.
New adopters must respect that she may take time to allow interaction, fuss and attention.
Due to her past, Whitney has never experienced a proper home environment before so new owners would need to show her the ropes.
Angel and Yoda
Gender - Not stated on the profile
Age - Five years old (approx.)
Breed - Chihuahua crossbreed
Colour - White (Angel) and Brown (Yoda)

Angela and Yoda came into the care of the RSPCA after being removed from unsuitable living conditions.
They are now looking to find a home together and will require owners experienced with Chihuahua breeds and their behaviours.
Someone will need to stay at home with them initially as they are likely to need some housetraining due to previously living in dirty conditions.
Both lack social skills with other dogs so can easily be scared or worried by them.
Paul
Gender - Male
Age - One year old
Breed - Domestic
Colour - Brown and white

Paul originally came from a multi-animal household with many others and is now looking for a forever home.
Although a little nervous he is good to handle once caught and is getting braver each day at the centre.
Due to his long hair, he will require regular grooming to ensure his coat is maintained.
Paul has been neutered and would like to find a home where he can live with a female guinea pig.
Little Bear
Gender - Male
Age - Five years old
Breed - Domestic Shorthair crossbreed

Little Bear arrived in the care of the RSPCA due to a welfare concern and is now looking for a quiet home where he can take the time to settle.
In his previous home, Little Bear had little interaction with people and very few visitors and was struggling a little in the cattery environment.
However, when he was placed into a foster home where he was given time and his own space he began to settle in.
Ideally, he'll find owners who have had experience with nervous cats and a household with very few comings and goings.
Additionally, he is not to be rehomed within five miles of Bournemouth (BH11).
