APPARENT racist remarks have been sprayed on a wall near a car park in Boscombe

Police say they have been contacted by people concerned about ‘racist’ remarks being graffitied close to the Hawkwood Road car park in Boscombe. 

The county force said it will be working with BCP Council to have it removed “as soon as possible” and apologised for the “distress” it may have caused. 

A spokesman for Bournemouth police said: “Dorset Police are aware of the racist remark that has been graffitied near the Hawkwood car park in Boscombe.  

“Thank you to everyone who has reported this and brought it to our attention.

Bournemouth Echo:
