BOURNEMOUTH

RUSSELL HALSEY, aged 36 and of St Clements Gardens, Bournemouth, admits dishonestly and intending thereby to make a gain for himself made representations to a woman, which were and which he knew were or might be untrue, namely that monies borrowed from her totalling £2,020 were for specific stated purposes and that those monies would be repaid to her in Bridgwater between December 11, 2021, and December 17, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity and 70 hours of unpaid work. To pay £2,020 compensation. Also admits stealing personal items to the value of £2,010 belonging to a man in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on November 22, 2022. Community order made. To pay £1,000 compensation. Also admits committing fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely make a gain of £76.79 for himself, intending to cause loss to a woman or to expose that person to a risk of loss in Bournemouth on March 8. To pay £76.79 compensation. Also admits stealing £240 belonging to a woman in Bournemouth between March 5 and March 11. Community order made. To pay £240 compensation. Also admits stealing Makita power tools to the value of £420 belonging to a man in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on November 22, 2022. Community order made. To pay £420 compensation.

DAVID WHEELER, aged 43 and of Frobisher Avenue, Wallisdown, admits assaulting an emergency worker, namely a security guard, acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him at Royal Bournemouth Hospital in Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, on January 8. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity. To pay £100 compensation. Fined £100.

CARLA DEKOWSKI, aged 34 and of Charminster Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Ensbury Park Avenue, Bournemouth, on July 15 with 58 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £230. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 16 months. To pay £85 costs and £92 surcharge.

EAST DORSET

JONATHAN RENNIE, aged 31 and of Picton Avenue, Porthcawl, admits driving a Ford Focus in Ringwood Road, St Leonards, on January 30 with 109 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Fined £120. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 40 months. To pay £85 costs and £48 surcharge.

POOLE

MICHAEL GREEN, aged 42 and of Vale Close, Poole, admits failing to co-operate with a preliminary test, namely breath test or drug swipe, without reasonable excuse in Poole on June 6. Fined £80. Driving record endorsed with four points. To pay £85 costs and £2 surcharge.

MICHAIL BOLOHS, aged 41 and of Western Road, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle in Grosvenor Road, Bournemouth, on July 17 with the proportion of alcohol in his breath exceeding the prescribed limit. Fined £1,000. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months. To pay £85 costs and £400 surcharge.

JOSEPH HARRIES, aged 31 and of Portesham Way, Poole, admits assaulting police officer Holland, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker, by beating her on February 23. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 12 days of rehabilitation activity. To pay £150 compensation. Also admits using towards PS Derrick threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him or whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked and the offence was racially aggravated in Poole on February 23. Community order made. To pay £100 compensation and £114 surcharge. Fined £80.

MAXIMILIAN JELLEY, aged 21 and of Ashley Road, Poole, admits having 179 grams of cannabis in Poole on October 5, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity and carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed. To pay £85 costs and £95 surcharge.
