JAMIE ORION FERGUSON, aged 36 and of Denmark Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Bournemouth on December 25, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in an accredited 40-day programme and take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Restraining order made, which lasts until August 1, 2025. Fined £80. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

SCOTT CALDWELL, aged 51 and of Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, admits stealing goods to the value of £142 belonging to Tesco Extra in Riverside Avenue, Bournemouth, on February 25. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Admits stealing goods to the value of £82 belonging to Tesco Extra in Riverside Avenue, Bournemouth, on February 23. Community order made. Also admits stealing goods to the value of £150 belonging to Tesco Extra in Riverside Avenue, Bournemouth, on March 19. Community order made. Also admits stealing various cheeses and olive oil valued at £77.50 belonging to Co-op in Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, on April 16. Community order made. To pay £30 compensation.

WASSIM ATTOUI, aged 26 and of Balham High Road, London, admits assaulting PS Plewka, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker at Bournemouth Custody and Enquiries in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on July 15. Fined £200. To pay £85 costs and £80 surcharge. Also admits having a quantity of cannabis at Bournemouth Custody and Enquiries in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on July 15. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed. No separate penalty.

CHRISTOPHER PEARSON, aged 40 and of no fixed abode, admits having a quantity of diamorphine in Kinson Road, Bournemouth, on July 15. Fined £120. Diamorphine to be forfeited and destroyed. To pay £48 surcharge.

RAKAN KHALID ALBADRI, aged 26 and of Boscombe Spa Road, Bournemouth, admits knowing that a conveyance had been taken without the consent of the owner or other lawful authority, drove the said conveyance at Asda in St Paul’s Road, Bournemouth, on May 30. Fined £200. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months. To pay £85 costs and £80 surcharge. Also admits using a motor vehicle on the M25 between junctions 15 and 16 on May 30 without insurance. No separate penalty. EAST DORSET

CALLUM ANDREW DURRANT, aged 19 and of Hardy Crescent, Wimborne, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on January 13 by failing to attend Thinking Skills programme sessions on June 20 and June 27. Community order revoked. To pay £60 costs. New community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 30 days of rehabilitation activity and 50 hours of unpaid work.

POOLE

DANNY LINDSAY, aged 32 and of Beaumaris Road, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle in Waterloo Road, Poole, on May 9 while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Fined £560. ZOE VARNEY, aged 30 and of Westerman Way, Wareham, admits stealing salmon valued at £12.30 belonging to Co-op in The Forum Centre, Trinity Street, Dorchester, on February 3. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £12.30 compensation.
