BOURNEMOUTH

ADAM CHYBCZYNSKI, aged 46 and of Noble Close, Bournemouth, admits assaulting PC Thomas, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his function as such a worker, by beating him at Bournemouth Custody and Enquiries in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on October 8, 2022. To pay £200 compensation.

ALEXE-PAUL MIHAI, aged 38 and of Cromwell Gardens, Bournemouth, admits causing serious injury to Dilan Manaz by driving a blue Ford Fiesta saloon on Iford Roundabout A35 without due care and attention on August 19, 2022. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 260 hours of unpaid work. To pay £250 compensation. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for two years.

STEVEN YOUNG, aged 43 and of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting PC Buchanan, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker by beating him in Christchurch Road, Boscombe, on June 14. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months. To pay £150 compensation. Also admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in Christchurch Road, Boscombe, on June 14. Fined £120.

EAST DORSET

EMILY HARRISON, aged 44 and of Camellia Close, Three Legged Cross, admits driving a motor vehicle in Bay Close, West Moors, on March 7 with not less than 353 micrograms of benzoylecgonine, the main metabolite of cocaine, per litre of blood. Fined £120. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. To pay £48 surcharge.

POOLE

JOHN-PAUL JOHNSON, aged 31 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that breach of post-sentence supervision in that he failed to attend instructed probation office appointments on April 17 and April 24 and he had been out of contact with probation since April 17 and failed to reside at his approved address since at least April 24. Fined £50.

CHRISTOPHER HOPKINS, aged 44 and of Gwynne Road, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle on the Wessex Way in Bournemouth on February 25 with 250 micrograms of benzoylecgonine per litre of blood. Fined £250. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months. To pay £85 costs and £100 surcharge. Also admits having 1.1 grams of cocaine on the Wessex Way in Bournemouth on February 25. No separate penalty. Cocaine to be forfeited and destroyed.

STEVEN PARNELL, aged 48 and of Ashley Road, Poole, admits driving a Volkswagen Polo in Ashley Road, Poole, on February 28 with 800 micrograms of benzoylecgonine, the main metabolite of cocaine, per litre of blood. Fined £100. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. To pay £120 surcharge. Also admits driving a Volkswagen Polo in Ashley Road, Poole, on February 28 with 26 micrograms of cocaine per litre of blood. Fined £200.

JASON ALAN KINSEY, aged 39 and of Chesil Gardens, Poole, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on October 1, 2022, by failing to comply with the probation requirement appointments on November 11, 2022, November 14, 2022, and November 22, 2022. Community order revoked. To pay £60 costs. New community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 50 hours of unpaid work.

STEFAN FURMAGE, aged 30 and of Cromer Gardens, Poole, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to do so in Bournemouth on May 8. Community order made, whereby the defendant must abstain from consuming any alcohol for 120 days and take part In up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for three years. Also admits failing to co-operate with a roadside breath test in Poole on May 8. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed.
