BOURNEMOUTH

LUKE ANTHONY HARDY, aged 28 and of St Mark’s Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that continued to fail drug tests for cocaine on February 15, February 28 and March 26 and failed to attended for supervision on March 14. Fined £400. To pay £60 costs.

EAST DORSET

DAVID STEVEN ROE, aged 60 and of Berkley Avenue, West Parley, admits driving a BMW X4 in Plecy Close, West Parley, on January 27 with 103 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £120. To pay £48 surcharge and £100 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 42 months.

SCOTT WILLIAM RUSSELL, aged 39 and of Hickory Close, Upton, admits driving a motor vehicle in Poole Road, Upton, on April 27, 2022, with greater than seven micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £100. To pay £34 surcharge and £100 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

JORDAN LEE DARRYN DASHWOOD, aged 20 and of Oak Drive, Poole, admits dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely an e-cycle to the value of £9,133, belonging to a man by or for the benefit of another or dishonestly arranged so to do, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods in Oak Drive, Poole, between April 11, 2022, and April 14, 2022. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge and £100 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on October 1, 2021, for an offence of criminal damage. No action taken on breach.

DANIEL THOMAS FOX, aged 32 and of Kingland Road, Poole, convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of an Audi motor car, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence after June 27, 2022. Fined £180. To pay £72 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

MARTINA MCCANN, aged 60 and of Bowden Road, Poole, admits driving an MG HS Exclusive on the A3024 Maybray King Way eastbound in Southampton on February 25, 2022, at a speed exceeding 30mph, namely 35mph. Fined £80. Driving record endorsed with three points. To pay £32 surcharge.

DONNA MARIE JEFF, aged 58 and of Rossmore Road, Poole, admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on August 5, 2022, for an offence of theft. Suspended sentence of imprisonment of six months suspended for 18 months imposed on August 5, 2022, implemented consecutively. Also admits stealing a bag containing various items belonging to a man in Poole on December 28, 2022. Committed to prison for three months. To pay £300 compensation. Overall length of sentence nine months.
