BOURNEMOUTH

KANDI HOWARD, aged 28 and of King’s Close, Bournemouth, admits assaulting an emergency worker, namely a mental health carer, acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker, by beating her at Poole General Hospital on December 16, 2022. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £100 compensation.

DANIEL BOLTON, aged 34 and of HMP Bristol, admits stealing children’s clothing and groceries belonging to Marks & Spencer it Castlepoint in Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, on December 20, 2022. Committed to prison for four weeks. To pay £500 compensation.

DARREN HUGHES, aged 31 and of Soberton Road, Bournemouth, admits using towards a man threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by you whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked at Lulworth Castle on April 1. No separate penalty. Also admits assaulting PC Marshall, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him at Lulworth Castle on April 1. To pay £550 compensation. To pay £85 costs and £220 surcharge.

MARTYN GLENDENNING, aged 30 and of Campbell Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made on July 27, 2022, by failing to attend as instructed for the programme requirement on February 21, February 28 and April 4. Fined £120. To pay £60 costs.

SEAN DAVID MILLER, aged 53 and of Madeline Close, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made on November 28, 2022, by failing to attend scheduled office appointment on February 21 and February 28. Fined £60.

LOUIE SMITH, aged 22 and of Maple Gardens, Edgware, admits assaulting a man by beating him in Bournemouth on February 1. To pay £250 compensation.

LUKA PKHAKADZE, aged 24 and of Burnaby Road, Westbourne, admits keeping a vehicle which was unlicensed in Bournemouth on March 5, 2022. Fined £92. To pay £22.67 vehicle excise back duty and £85 costs.

ROSS IAN DAVIS, aged 46 and of Wootton Gardens, Bournemouth, admits stealing multiple amounts of toiletries valued at £247 belonging to Boots the Chemist in Commercial Road, Bournemouth, on June 24, 2022. Community order made, whereby the defendant must have treatment for drug dependency for six months and take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Also admits stealing multiple electric razors valued at £759.97 belonging to Boots the Chemist in Commercial Road, Bournemouth, on July 3, 2022. Community order made. Fined £10.
