DEAN WILLIAM PETER SMITH, aged 33 and of Lorne Park Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on September 1, 2021, by failing to attend appointments as directed on December 16, 2022, February 24 and March 3. Community order revoked. Fined £220.

PHILIP DOUGLAS HART, aged 45 and of Howeth Road, Bournemouth, admits breaching a domestic violence protection order made on April 21 in that he was in direct contact with a woman and in a road in Wimborne Minster on April 25 and a complaint is made for him to be liable for a penalty. Fined £50.

SIMON WHITELOCK, aged 49 and of Seagull Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, on April 9 with 80 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £415. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months. To pay £85 costs and £166 surcharge.

PLAMEN GENCHEV, aged 35 and of Charminster Road, Bournemouth, admits committing fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely used a bank card belonging to another, intending to make a gain, namely £32.55, in Bournemouth on September 7, 2022. Fined £133. Also admits having a quantity of heroin in Bournemouth on September 27, 2022. Fined £200. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. To pay £85 costs. Also admits having a quantity of amphetamine in Bournemouth on September 27, 2022. No separate penalty. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits having a quantity of cannabis in Bournemouth on September 27, 2022. Fined £133. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

CHRISTCHURCH

CHRISTIAN LUKE LILES, aged 33 and of Marshlands Close, Christchurch, admits with intent to cause a man harassment, alarm or distress, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing that person or another harassment, alarm or distress in Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, on October 28, 2022. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. To pay £114 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits with intent to cause PC Martin harassment, alarm or distress, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing that person or another harassment, alarm or distress in Bournemouth on February 1. Community order made.

PAUL DAVID STEPHEN, aged 48 and of Cheaters Lane, Alderholt, admits driving a motor vehicle in Cheaters Lane, Alderholt, on July 23, 2022, with 128 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Fined £750. To pay £300 surcharge and £400 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 48 months.

STEVEN DIAMOND, aged 37 and of Park Way, West Moors, admits damaging a glass window belonging to a woman in West Moors on September 22, 2022. Fined £54. To pay £22 surcharge and £100 costs.

MICHELLE NATION, aged 41 and of Coppice Avenue, Ferndown, admits driving a motor vehicle in Coppice Avenue, Ferndown, on October 26, 2022, with 231 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Fined £666. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 23 months. To pay £85 costs and £266 surcharge.

POOLE

YUNIS MOHAMMAD, aged 21 and of Cromer Road, Branksome, found guilty of using an Audi car in Hamilton Road, Bournemouth, on January 26, 2022, without insurance. Fined £600. To pay £60 surcharge and £620 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months. Also found guilty of driving an Audi in Hamilton Road, Bournemouth, on January 26, 2022, without a driving licence. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed.
