Driving record endorsed. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on February 6, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on January 20. Fined £20.

CHARLENE BROAD, aged 34 and of Markham Road, Charminster, driving a motor vehicle in Marquis Way, Poole, on January 13 whilst disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Fined £200. To pay £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for nine months. Also admits using a motor vehicle in Marquis Way, Poole, on January 13 without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed.

TYLER BLAKE, aged 25 and of Luther Road, Bournemouth, admits using towards a man threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked in Luther Road, Bournemouth, on March 3. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to five days of rehabilitation activity requirement and a 20-day programme. To pay £50 compensation. To pay £50 costs and £114 surcharge.

JAMES FOY, aged 51 and of Aylesbury Road, Bournemouth, admits possessing a quantity of diamorphine at Asda in St Paul’s Road, Bournemouth, on September 2, 2022. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Diamorphine to be forfeited and destroyed. To pay £85 costs and £26 surcharge. Also admits possessing a quantity of amphetamine at Asda in St Paul’s Road, Bournemouth, on September 2, 2022. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Amphetamine to be forfeited and destroyed.

EAST DORSET

ANDREW IAIN MILLER, aged 45 and of Victoria Road, Ferndown, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on December 2, 2021, by failing to attend probation supervision on March 9. Fined £20.

POOLE

FRANCISEK AKTUNOVIC, aged 43 and of Preston Road, Poole, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Bournemouth on September 27, 2022. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 40 hours of unpaid work. To pay £114 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits damaging a T-shirt belonging to a woman in Bournemouth on September 27, 2022. Community order made.

TARA ANN FRANCE, aged 38 and of Gussage Road, Poole, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on August 9, 2022, by failing to attend appointments as directed on January 12 and 19. Fined £20.

CHRISTINE STEVENSON, aged 81 and of Solomon Way, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle in Penn Hill Avenue, Poole, on October 29, 2022, with 118 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Fined £184. To pay £85 costs and £74 surcharge. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 13 months.
