ADAM DAVID POWER, aged 40 and of no fixed abode, admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby at Asda Pharmacy in Station Approach, Bournemouth, on October 29, 2022. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £50 compensation.

ANTHONY JAMES SIMPSON, aged 54 and of Thistlebarrow Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Volkswagen in A338 Wessex Way, Bournemouth, on January 5, 2022, at a speed exceeding 50mph. Fined £76. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.

STACEY YETTON, aged 43 and of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admits using a motor vehicle in Northcote Road, Bournemouth, on January 3 without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed. Also admits driving a motor vehicle in Northcote Road, Bournemouth, on January 3 while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and 40 hours of unpaid work. To pay £114 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

TOMASZ KOTLICKI, aged 49 and of Lansdowne Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Mercedes motor car in Cemetery Junction, Bournemouth, on May 9, 2022, without due care and attention. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed. Also admits being the driver of a Mercedes motor car in Cemetery Junction, Bournemouth, on May 9, 2022, owing to the presence of which damage was caused to another vehicle, namely a Nissan motor car, and he failed to stop. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 220 hours of unpaid work. To pay £114 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for eight months. Also admits being the driver of a Mercedes motor car in Cemetery Junction, Bournemouth, on May 9, 2022, owing to the presence of which damage was caused to another vehicle, namely a Nissan motor car, and not having given his name and address to a person having reasonable grounds for requiring him to do so, failed to report the accident at a police station or to a constable as soon as was reasonably practicable, and in any case within 24 hours of the occurrence of the accident. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed.

LEE PURCELL, aged 39 and of no fixed abode, admits breaching a domestic violence protection order made on March 13 by attending an address in Bournemouth and having direct contact with a woman on March 21 and a complaint was made for him to be liable for a penalty. Fined £50.

LOUISE DRURY, aged 32 and of Maple Gardens, Verwood, admits driving a motor vehicle in Ringwood Road, Verwood, with 376 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £600. To pay £114 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.

LINDSEY HOULGATE, aged 37 and of Cronmer Road, Southampton, admits driving an Audi A3 in Sandbanks Road, Poole, on December 19, 2022, while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 40 hours of unpaid work. To pay £114 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.
