Also admits stealing alcohol to the value of £44 belonging to Waitrose Stores in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on October 13, 2022. Committed to prison for eight weeks concurrent, suspended for 12 months. Also admits stealing alcohol to the value of £99.50 belonging to Waitrose Stores in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on October 14, 2022. Committed to prison for eight weeks concurrent, suspended for 12 months.

ANTHONY JAMIESON, aged 42 and of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on January 18 with 108 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Committed to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months. To pay £154 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits using a motor vehicle in Horseshoe Common, Bournemouth, on January 18 without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed.

MATTHEW STEPHEN GALE, aged 31 and of Brighton Road, Lewes, admits dishonestly receiving stolen goods, namely a Ford Transit, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods. Committed to prison for eight weeks. To pay £200 compensation.

ELLIE MAY VINCENT, aged 22 and of Central Farm Lane, Tolpuddle, admits stealing bedding and clothing valued at £519 belonging to Marks and Spencer Castlepoint in Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, on September 21, 2022. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £26 surcharge.

KEVIN MICHAEL TOKELOVE, aged 41 and of Kimberley Road, Bournemouth, admits having a quantity of cannabis in Bournemouth on September 3, 2022. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits assaulting PC Brown, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker at Bournemouth Custody and Enquiries in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on September 3, 2022. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £50 compensation.

CHRISTCHURCH

LIAM GEDLING, aged 24 and of Bernards Close, Christchurch, admits using towards unknown persons threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause those persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on October 19, 2022. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work. To pay £114 surcharge and £85 costs. Football banning order made for three years.

OLIVER THOMAS FOX, aged 33 and of Burnett Road, Christchurch, admits driving a motor vehicle on the A38 Bristol Road, Rooksbridge, on February 12, 2022, at a speed exceeding 30mph, namely 47mph. Fined £307. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with four points.

LOUISA JANE MALLETT, aged 46 and of Widbury Road, Pennington, admits using a Ford motor car in East Overcliff Drive, Bournemouth, on December 14, 2021, without insurance. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £22 surcharge.

JAKE ROBERT PETER PRICE-WAKE, aged 29 and of Gold Drive, Ringwood, admits assaulting a man by beating him and the offence was racially aggravated in Boscombe Precinct on August 30, 2022. Community order made, whereby the defendant must abstain from consuming any alcohol throughout a period of 60 days, take part in up to 10 rehabilitation activity days and carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. To pay £500 compensation, £114 surcharge and £85 costs.

NORTH DORSET

STUART ANTHONY MCINALLY, aged 51 and of Beckett Close, Blandford St Mary, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on December 12, 2022, by failing to attend appointments as directed on December 19, 2022, and January 9. Community order varied, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement.
