OMER MUDI ABDEL, aged 35 and of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Land Rover in Cooper Dean roundabout on January 18 with 72 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £120. To pay £48 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

JASON MARK ADAMSON RAMSEY, aged 39 and of Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a red Toyota Prius in Arne Crescent, Poole, on November 10, 2022, with 6.8 micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £120. To pay £48 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

LIAM ANDREW SHARLAND, aged 24 and of Poole Lane, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Gillam Road, Bournemouth, on January 8 while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Fined £120. To pay £68 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points. Also admits using a motor vehicle in Gillam Road, Bournemouth, on January 8 without insurance. Fined £50. Driving record endorsed.

JOHN MALCOLM WHITE, aged 36 and of Richmond Park Crescent, Bournemouth, convicted of stealing DVDs to the value of £164.82 belonging to HMV in High Street, Southampton, on August 4, 2022 Discharged conditionally for 24 months. To pay £26 surcharge and £100 costs. Also convicted of assaulting a man in High Street, Southampton, on August 4, 2022. Discharged conditionally for 24 months. To pay £50 compensation.

RORY JAMES GEORGE FENTON, aged 45 and of Spencer Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on October 18, 2022, by failing to attend planned office visits on November 3, 2022. Fined £10.

AFSOR AHMED, aged 29 and of Redhill Drive, Bournemouth, admits having a quantity of cocaine at Budgens Service Station in Safety Drive, Poole, on December 2, 2022. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £26 surcharge and £85 costs. Cocaine to be forfeited and destroyed.

CHRISTOPHER WILLIAM BURNLEY, aged 33 and of Newlands Road, Christchurch, admits driving a Jaguar in Hoburne Lane, Christchurch, on October 15, 2022, with 119 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of urine. Fined £200. To pay £80 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.

GERALD PATRICK ONEILL, aged 85 and of Saulfland Drive, Christchurch, admits driving a mechanically propelled vehicle in Parley Lane, Hurn, on July 9, 2022, without due care and attention. Fined £315. To pay £126 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

EAST DORSET

MATTHEW CHARLES THOMAS WOOD, aged 32 and of Pinehurst Road, West Moors, admits driving a Ford Mondeo Saloon in West Moors, Ferndown, on September 16, 2022, with 32 micrograms of cocaine per litre of blood. Fined £120. To pay £48 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 15 months.

BEN MICHAEL KIMBREY, aged 27 and of Arundel Close, New Milton, admits having a quantity of cocaine in Lansdowne Road, Bournemouth, on August 18, 2022. Fined £50. To pay £40 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits having a quantity of cannabis in Lansdowne Road, Bournemouth, on August 18, 2022. Fined £50. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

POOLE

CAMERON BHATT, aged 19 and of HMP Exeter, admits together with a man stealing a bottle of alcohol to the value of £17 belonging to Asda in Culliford Crescent, Poole, on October 10, 2022. Fined £100. To pay £40 surcharge.

PATRICK JOHN JOHNSON, aged 21 and of no fixed abode, admits breaching a domestic violence protection order in that he attended an address in Poole in breach of that order on January 27 and a complaint was made for him to be liable for a penalty. Fined £10.
