SAVILLS and Goadsby have announced the sale of the final units of Phase 2 Glenmore Business Park at Holton Heath.
Phase 1 comprised 20 freehold units while Phase 2 saw the construction of an additional 15 units, of which only five remain. The units have been very popular and have been sold to investors and owner-occupiers with prices from £125,000 to £212,750.
With Poole undergoing substantial redevelopment, the surrounding area is fast establishing itself as an attractive opportunity for small to medium sized businesses and this is being reflected by over 30 such organisations setting up on Glenmore Business Park over the last two years.
Richard Sturt of Savills commented: "This has created a thriving economy and we are already seeing a number of occupiers requesting additional space on the estate."
One such occupier is Steve Thorne of Extreme Exhibitions who said: "Being located at Holton Heath has been great for business.
"Not only does it have good communication links but the estate is now a vibrant business community which fosters good working relationships between firms on the estate."
