TEMPORARY traffic regulations will be in place along Charminster Road while resurfacing works progress.
BCP Council confirmed in a public notice that works between Charminster Avenue and Broadway Roundabout would take place between April 6 and April 19.
It said: “Sections of Charminster Road to be opened and closed to all vehicles as works progress between Charminster Avenue and Broadway Roundabout. No parking, no waiting at any time and no loading/unloading at any time will be permitted.
“As works progress, the following roads will be closed to all vehicles at their junction with Charminster Road: Charminster Avenue, Strouden Road, Strouden Avenue, Gresham Road, Mortimor Road, Malvern Avenue, Uplands Road, Claremont Road, Luckham Road East.”
The public notice said this was to allow for phased carriageway resurfacing works.
Full emergency services access will be maintained and a diversion will be signposted.
