URBAN Reef has applied for permission to continue the late night sale of alcohol in the existing area as well as a new beach deck in Boscombe.
BCP Council has released a public notice which can be commented on until April 9.
The notice said: “Notice is hereby given that Urban Reef Restaurant Limited has submitted a premises licence application to BCP Council.
“The application is for a new licence for the premises known as Urban Reef, The Overstrand, Undercliff Drive, Boscombe, BH5 1BN.
“The application proposes the provision of regulated entertainment, late night refreshment and the sale of alcohol for the existing area and a new beach deck.
“Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Authority, BCP Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen’s Road, BH2 6EA no later than April 9.”
