Police hunting man who followed 14-year-old girl
POLICE are investigating reports that a 14-year-old girl was followed by a man who asked for her personal details.
They were alerted following an incident in Ringwood Road in Longham at around 2.35pm on Monday August 6.
A spokesman for Dorset Police said the girl brushed past a man on the pavement and he than asked for her details.
He followed her for a few seconds before the girl started to make a phone call. At that point the man turned and walked away.
The man is said to be white, aged around 50, with black hair in a pony tail. He was wearing denim shorts, a black top and black jeans.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 or the free and anonymous Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
