A DISQUALIFIED driver attempted to give false details to police after being stopped in Poole.
Dorset Police's No Excuse team said the driver's details were checked and revealed he should have a number of tattoos.
The driver said they had been "lasered off".
However, he then admitted who he really was and provided a positive drug wipe.
Officers arrested the driver for drug driving, driving while disqualified and for no insurance.
His passenger was given a warning for possession of cannabis.
Police also stopped a number of drivers on Wednesday in the Wareham area.
A motorcyclist was caught speeding at 54mph in a 40mph zone while overtaking rush hour traffic.
He was given a ticket for £100 and three points.
Three other drivers were stopped for using their mobile phones at the wheel, including a driver of an 18-tonne HGV.
One was changing the music on their phone while travelling at 50mph.
All three were given tickets for £200 and six points.
