A PATCH of land on Bournemouth's East Cliff was on fire this afternoon. Firefighters in two engines were called to the scene at around 1.20pm. They tackled the fire opposite Hallmark Hotel within 20 minutes. A Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said the area ablaze measured 20m x 10m.
