HUNDREDS of runners took part in a colourful event in the New Forest on Sunday.
The Oakhaven Colour Run saw competitors bombarded with paint as they completed four laps of the course at Brockenhurst College.
The 2017 event attracted around 1,000 entrants and netted £22,000 for the hospice in Lower Pennington Lane, Lymington.
Organisers are hoping this year's race has raised more than £20,000.
An Oakhaven spokesman said: "It was incredibly hot but there was a great atmosphere - lots of fun and everyone in a party mood.
"This was the fourth year we've done the colour run.
"Paint cannons are set off as the race starts and the runners pass through the arch. That's followed by a paint-throwing finale that leaves everyone multi-coloured.
"A lot of free water was on offer and despite the heat there were no problems."
