A ROAD in Bournemouth was blocked due to police activity.
Armed officers were seen to stop a car in Ensbury Park Road at the junction of Wimborne Road in Moordown.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said the car was stopped in relation to a stabbing in Lydford Road yesterday, however no arrests were made.
Maureen, of Cottage Loaf Bakery, saw the incident unfold.
She said: "A black car was sat at the traffic lights when, all of a sudden, a police 4x4 car cut him off, followed by a black, unmarked car.
"Officers jumped out, and they all had weapons. They shouted at the people to get out of the vehicle, but they were reluctant to at first.
"There were four young guys in the car - the first two were dragged out from the back seat and thrown to the ground. They were all handcuffed.
"Eventually, after around 20 minutes, police let them all go and drove off."
