THE latest Poole Dream Machines Bike of the Night winner is Jerome Matisonn.

Jerome, who won the title on his 1999 Harley soft tail custom bike, said: "I've dreamt of owning a Harley for 30 years and finally had some spare cash and brought my dream bike."

Around 250 motorcycles packed out Poole Quay for last week's Tuesday night meeting.

Jerome rode home with a race kit courtesy of Muc-Off and a goodie bag from Lester Aldridge.

Poole Mayor Xena Dion, who was judge for the night, said: "I couldn't believe it was 18 years old and used often, as it looked immaculate."

An event spokesman said: "If you are an avid biker, don't forget we have a limited stock of season armbands from Poole Tourist Information Centre, now located within Poole Museum, which give access to the whole season for £8."
